Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The item is faulty, defective, or significantly not as described

  • The wrong part was supplied

  • The item is returned within the allowed return period

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition when applicable

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

  • Incorrect ordering based on assumptions

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Parts damaged during installation or misuse

  • Electrical components (unless faulty)

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support with your invoice number and issue details

  2. Wait for approval and return instructions

  3. Send the item back within the approved timeframe

Return shipping costs may apply unless the error is on our part.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
